I am a 1991 graduate of Gilbert High School, 1996 graduate of Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College with General Business/Small Business Management Option, a 1998 Graduate of West Virginia State University with an Associate Degree in Community Behavioral Health Technology in Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, and a 2000 graduate of West Virginia State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration.
